Hello! I am a violinist, teacher, conductor, and otherwise musical goofball who enjoys writing music. Seriously, I have been writing classical music for close to 20 years, or around the time I went to music school, but until the last few years (away from the hectic life of a student or poor musician) I never took it seriously enough to complete anything. Obviously Sibelius makes it quite a bit easier than when I was hand writing the music, but also, I have taken to composing more over the last five or six years.

While I am trained as a violinist, I have been enjoying writing for more diverse ensembles (mainly in chamber music). My music tends to be quite tonal, but with rhythmic complexities here and there. I hope you enjoy my music as much as I enjoyed writing it.

UPDATE 5/5/12 - I'm working on a new piece that has come together very quickly, and that is a Suite for Strings. I have the first two movements uploaded already, and the third is underway and is almost ready. I have moved recently and time is not readily available, but I'm trying to use as much free time as I can to finish this piece.
