Asaph Music has a vision to see the name of the Lord exalted through worship and people encouraged to trust in Christ. Its slogan is "O God, my heart is fixed; I will sing and give praise, even with my glory" founded upon Psalms 108:1. It is our earnest desire to see Christians inspired in their Christian walk through our musical presentations.

Asaph Music was founded by R.L. Evans. R.L. Evans is a singer-songwriter, composer, and acoustic guitarist. He is a also solid voice in the Christian community as a prophetic minister, author, and bible teacher. He has written numerous books, teaching resources, and other devotional materials for the Christian community. R.L. Evans is the founder of Kingdom Builders International Ministries: A ministry dedicated to promoting maturity, unity, and holiness in the Body of Christ.

He and his family reside in Elizabeth City, North Carolina.
