David Hicken is a composer, pianist and organist who lives on the island of Oahu, Hawaii.
He was born in England, and studied organ with Nicholas Danby at the Royal College of Music, before moving to the United States to study with Donald Sutherland at Peabody Conservatory of Music in Baltimore.
He has given solo recitals at St. Paul's Cathedral, Westminster Cathedral and St. George's Chapel Windsor, and has released seven CDs.
In addition to composing and performing, David is the Director of Music at St. Christopher's Episcopal Church in Kailua, Hawaii, and he also works as a piano teacher and accompanist.
David holds a Licentiate of the Royal Schools of Music in Piano Performance.
