Michael Lee

Studied viola, piano and composition at the Royal Academy of Music. Worked as a freelance musician in the London Area. Moved to Hartlepool in 1979 and played viola for concerts, theatre shows and string quartets in the north east. Taught violin/viola in schools. Many string compositions and arrangements were for the Hartlepool String Orchestras which I directed for over 20 years and Manor College Concerts. While I recently retired from full time teaching I am still teaching the piano, violin and viola privately, arranging and composing.
