Ruslan and Lyudmila (Руслан и Людмила, Russlan & Ludmilla) is one of the most joyous overtures I know, as well as the theme music from the wonderful ’Cabin Pressure’ by John Finnemore.
This arrangement is in the key of C rather than the original D to fit the instrument ranges a little better.
The .mp3 is only a MIDI rendition using Sibelius’s sound library; it’s here for people who can’t get the Scorch preview to work in their browser!
