This is a string quartet arrangement of Böhm’s famous art song. The text (not given in the score, but well known by most classical singers) roughly translates: "Still as the night, deep as the sea, thus should your love e’er be. If you love me as I love you, then will our love be true." This is a nice short piece for weddings and receptions where a romantic mood is appropriate.
