This setting of 'Tsmindao Ghmerto' (the Georgian equivalent of the 'Sanctus' in Western church music) is from the mounainous Northern Georgian region of Svaneti, which is "the highest inhabited area in Europe" (Wikipedia).
The vastness of the region is reflected in the glorious open 5ths found in the final repeat of the last line.
