I’ve noticed recently how some bands tend to play music which contains as many notes as possible. Even simple tunes seem to be over orchestrated. Therefore I set myself the challenge to write a musically satisfying piece using as few notes as possible. This piece is the result. Miniature could be used by any band to give their players (and audience) a break.
