I wrote for permission to use the lyric when I first composed this song and was granted such, but no longer have the letter so I hope this will not be disputed. I loved this poem with its sense of mystery and was very much into T.S.Eliot at that time as a poet anyway. I hope I did it justice then and now…. I hope this is a final version. Please contact me in the usual way if intending to record professionally as royalties will also be due to the writer’s heirs.
