Since then, the song has become the last section of the song cycle, "Tristan and Iseult", also available on this website. Here it is offered as in the large-scale work with each of the four voice parts "divisi".
The mp3 recording is a virtual performance by the Sibelius software - with the voices using the single syllable "ah" throughout. This does at least give some idea of the intended sound and, therefore, the exciting opportunities when delivered by real people!
