This is a good old-fashioned waltz based on memories of many
years spent in the orchestra-pit performing for the traditional British pantomimes. This is in the same style as the waltz I played countless times in Cinrarella. The bass tune in the middle section is supposed to represent the two ugly sisters’ entrance. This piece is very popular with pupils.
