Fl. 1 from Ballet: Alice In Wonderland (Act 2 - No. 15 & 16) Procession & Cards
REVISED VERSION 2007 This ballet was written for the Oakville School of Dance and the Oakville Symphony Orchestra (Canada) in 1975. Dancers of ages between 10 to 20 and an amateur orchestra. It has since been performed by professional orchestras and dancers throughout Canada. The ballet is scored for 1,2,2,2,2 4,2,3,1 Timps, Percussion, Glock., & Strings.
15. PROCESSION: Card Soldiers with the Queen and her retinue, as well as Alice, the White Rabbit and other characters that have been seen previously, process on to the croquet ground. (In the original production the procession entered through the audience).
16. MARCH OF THE CARD SOLDIERS: The Cards give a drill demonstration.
