Picture dense woodland or a cave where an ancient tribe is celebrating spring. The Green Man, associated with the horned god is the god of animals, forests, trees and all vegetation. He symbolises the cycle of life, death and rebirth. This piece represents a history of this global Pagan god. From the bone flutes, wood and animal skin drums of prehistoric peoples through the protracted migrations of mankind, from the mysterious East, through the jungles deserts and plains to Europe and Britain encapsulated in music from ancient, Eastern, European, folk, Rock and New Age Rock.
