Writing for flute ensemble can be difficult. Massed flutes can sound very mushy. So I’ve kept this simple so as to retain clarity of the notes. To achieve good stereo separation of the bell-tones, it’s best if the players can stand as far apart as possible. All parts are easy, though the top line strays into the upper reaches.
