The original movement includes parts for solo voices, which in this arrangement have been distributed amongst all the recorder parts. The second movement is dedicated to Mme Paul Clémenceau.
In this arrangement ’Trois Beaux Oiseaux du Paradis’ has been transposed a tone higher and ’Ronde’ has been transposed a tone lower.
