We play brass arrangements every Christmas season and this is the audience favorite.

This is a quintet version of my brass sextet of Silent Night. The first verse is slow, lyrical, and dark with full chords. The last two versions are a little faster with an quasi-Latin feel. Think of making your way to Midnight Mass in a Latin American country. (Maracas are optional.) The melody is found in the tuba, trombone, horn, and trumpet. There is a nice 1st trumpet counterpoint to the horn melody in the third verse. As with the sextet, this arrangement is more suited to instrumental performance and not for singing.
