This is an old fashioned waltz based on memories of many years spent in the orchestral pit performing for the traditional British pantomimes. This is in the same style as the waltz I played countless times in Cindarella. The bass tune in the middle section represents the two ugly sisters entrance. This piece is very popular with the pupils. There is also a version of this piece in the key of C.
