This famous presidential theme has been arranged for double wind quintet. The parts are appropriately written in the style of early 19th century reflecting the period in which the tune was written. This short piece has many practical uses such as party music, teaching wind ensemble, or as an encore. Hail to the Chief is a popular crowd pleaser and this arrangement brings a European sounding tradition to an American classic. This arrangement calls for E Flat Horns but transposed parts for F Horns are also available.
