Cambridge is aimed at percussionists - grade 4 and upwards. The piece is in 3/4 and 4/4, utilising cross rhythms on top of the current time signature, especially on the xylophone to help create a new time feel. The bass drum parts may be played on surdos or low drums, if a bass drum is not available! The glockenspiel has been added to give the piece more colour although, can be omiiteed if the instrument is not available. If a vibraphone is not available, then the part may be played on a glockenspiel.
