This Anthem was written for the Colet Day Service, 2001 of the Joint St Paul’s Schools in St Paul’s Cathedral, London. It requires at least four conductors and preferably six. The forces are three choirs - men women and boys: two groups of strings (Violins & Violas - and - Cellos & Basses), and a group of at least four saxophones. The upper strings were placed in the Whispering Gallery in a large circle. The three choirs started out at opposite ends of the cathedrals and gradually merged together for the last section.
