Night owls is a person who tends to stay up until late at night. Tne music salutes those persons who tended to be active socially during these hours. The drummer is asked to balance the dance styles of swing and latin through out the music. A written solo has been created for the tenor saxophone and drumset, but additional solos can be added for other instruments.
