Almost twice the length of the original orchestral version, which is very short anyway, this arrangement captures its very essence: unforgettable melody and bouncy, infectious rhythm - Tchaikovsky at his most joyful.

Down from Bb major to C major for the sake of the soprano sax, (the orchestral version features high flutes) the sound is full, bright and full of bounce - great fun to play as an encore.

Being such a well known tune and danceable it’s well suited, too, to weddings and corporate events.
