I originally submitted this reworking of the old hymn, O Happy Day, That Fixed My Choice, by presenting it as a gospel version for piano with optional choir. We’re all familiar with O Happy Day which consists of part of this original hymn but done in a more overt gospel style with lots of repeated phrases and soulful stylings. This version can be sung by a regular choir and can still sound "soulful". I hope you will enjoy it.
