This Wonderful song by Gardel is one of his last, and one of his most popular.
The singer should feel free to sing very rubato, Gardel always did, and the guitarists should strive for a laid back feeling with extreme precision, especially when playing straight 8th-noth chordal accompaignment, which should be executed with a thumb strum. Also, in these passages you get the best sounding result, by avoiding open strings, and the first string altogether.
Listen out for melody lines shifting from one guitar to the other, and be sure that guitarists follow the singer when they have unison or parrallel melodies.
