The Horsley Family String Quintet (3 violins, viola, and cello) has commissioned me to arrange a number of pieces for them for a projected series of CDs they are about to record. The first one I have posted here on SibeliusMuisic is the famous Gigue of Antonia Bembo (1670-1720). For this quintet version, the score has been expanded from its original three voices to five. As I post more of the Horsley Family Quintet arrangements, I will add links to the others.
