It is a well known fact that a waltz is a dance whose meter contains one more beat per bar than each dancer has legs, hence the time signature of 5/4 and the title. The cover photograph features giraffes who, were the to dance, would I'm sure do so gracefully and with a somewhat wistful look in their eyes.
