They are great for teaching independence of line, appreciation of ensemble performance and understanding of harmonic structure. The first two have appeared on the site separately but the marvellous C Major Fugue completes the trio. They are reasonably priced as I feel that they are essentially 'educational' music but either of them would make an ideal 'classical' slot in a programme. Try swinging the quavers (sixteenths) in the C Major Fugue. Bach might have liked it but we'll never know!
