(Alt Bb clt provided for alto) i have attempted to give the bass clarinet a breather from the relentless repetitive rhythm by giving it a clarinet for some of the time. The trumpet melody is given, in the main to Bb clarinet (part 2). I have NOT written it tutti throughout, unlike other arrangements you may find. Enjoy! The Carmen Suites are two suites of orchestral music drawn from the music of Georges Bizet’s 1875 opera Carmen and compiled posthumously by his friend Ernest Guiraud. They adhere very closely to Bizet’s orchestration.
