The "Nassauer Marsch" was composed by the k.k. Kapellmeister Franz Scheibelreiter (1826-1907) in 1873 and dedicated to the Duke Adolph of Nassau. The original score was for piano, I arranged it for saxophone quartet in 2005.
First performance in the "Kurhaus" Concert Hall of Wiesbaden on 25 June 2006 by the Saxophone Quartet of the "Wiesbadener Musikakademie".
