I had a request from a former student for an arrangement of Schubert’s Ave Maria for voice with solo viola accompaniment which I have posted. I then added this arrangement for voice with solo cello accompaniment for its deeper and richer tone quality. Cellists, practice the Prelude to Bach’s First Suite for Unaccompanied Cello before you tackle this arrangement.
