Chris (b.1988) graduated from Manchester University in 2010, and has recently completed a Masters at the Royal College of Music, studying with Kenneth Hesketh and being awarded the RCM Adrian Cruft Prize for Composition.

As well as composing, Chris holds various teaching positions, sings with chamber choirs Chantage and Cantus Ensemble, plays jazz piano in various bands, and the fifth member of the vocal jazz group 'Click'.

Chris has had original concert works performed at venues including the Amaryllis Fleming Concert Hall, National Portrait Gallery, the St. Magnus and Etchings festivals in Orkney and France. Last summer saw Chris gain his first international success winning the International Antonin Dvorak Composition Competition, resulting in a performance in Prague’s Rudolfinum Hall.

Chris has also worked on several film soundtracks, with his most recent project being a psychological thriller for 51 Prod.
