Mike Penny

Mike Penny gained a Dip. H.E (Music in the Community) at the legendary Dartington College of Arts, Devon, after which he completed a BA(Hons) in Creative Arts and Licentiate of the Trinity College London (LTCL) on the flute at Newcastle-upon-Tyne, followed by Teacher Training at Bretton Hall. Mike has been an instrumental teacher with the ‘Shropshire Music Service’ for more than 20 years, and still retains a real enthusiasm to spread the joy of music, sense of place, and community spirit in his own, ‘Proud to be a little eccentric’ way.
