Wendy Fleming

Currently HOD Music at Katikati College in New Zealand, teaching Music from year 8 to year 13. Currently playing trombone for the Tauranga Brass Band and Band Master for the Katikati Concert Band. Katikati College has a developing Music Department with a large concert Band, Small Brass Ensemble, Junior Choir, Steel Pan Bands, String Ensembles, Brass and Woodwind ensembles and lots of Rock Bands. Many of my pieces are written for Tenor Horn, Flute and Piano to reflect the instruments my youngest daughter and I play. As a small town teacher I know that finding Music to meet the needs of my students and the odd combinations is often difficult.
