Robert Fields. Born in 1956 is a pianist, organist and teacher. He has been composing for a number of years and tends to write in a simple homophonic, sometimes modular style. The Village Pieces date from 2004 and Letters from 2013.

Robert's latest work 'Texts' for Guitar & Piano are to be seen here shortly. These quiet and reflective pieces originally inspired by medieval manuscripts seek to evoke the silences and space of the great places of worship. The piano and guitar, although individual in colours and timbre are blended into one. Watch this space!
