Music has been my life since the age of…well, a very long time ago.
I am an ex-military bandmaster, having spent most of my life in the South African Navy Band.
Five years ago my wife, Elsabe, and I started an all-comers orchestra in George in the heart of South Africa's Garden Route area.
The orchestra has grown from 16 members to 58. We also have a choir of about 60 members. Ages range from 10 to over 80.
I orchestrate and arrange all the music used in our 15 concerts per year.
All the scores offered on this site have been tried in battle - as it were - and are suitable for average musicians as well as being audience pleasers.
