Brian Marble, pianist and church music composer, has worked in the church nearly all his life and has performed as pianist and organist as soloist and accompanist in Boston, New York, Italy and Germany.
He is grateful to have worked with Lorna Cooke de Varon and Arthur Berger of the New England Conservatory for giving him the tools for a long career as choral director and composer.
As pianist, he specializes in the early 19th repertoire. Summer 2010 sees him in Italy and France performing the Hammerklavier and other major works of Beethoven.
Original settings of nearly all the psalms in the Sunday and Holy Day Lectionary are available: please contact at firstname.lastname@example.org if interested in an alternative setting to those available from the publishers.
Also numerous editions of Renaissance four-part choral pieces are available. See some of them at www.cpdl.org/wiki/index.php/Special:WhatLinksHere/User:Brian_Marble
