I have been an avid classical music lover for 36 years. The biggest inspiration in my life has been and always will be Pyotr Tchaikovsky. But I am hugely obsessed with the entire romantic period, esp. Wagner, Sibelius, Dvorak, Puccini, Mussorgsky, Rimsky-Korsakov, Saint-Saens, etc… I dabbled in composing in my youth, but alas, I pursued a career in my other passion: computer programming. Today I am a Vice President of Information Technology.
Well now at the age 40, I am calling upon the musical passion that's been burning inside of me to write again. I don't know what the future holds but I do know that whether people like my pieces or not, I am sure a happier man when I am composing. And I guess that is all that really matters to me.
