James Zuniga

James R. Zuniga received his formal training at San Jose State University and has worked with Higo Harada, Dr. Brent Heisinger, W. Francis Macbeth, Dr. David Whitwell, Dr. Charlene Archibeque, Dr. David Goedecke, and Tim Smith. He is in his 48th year as a music educator and is currently the Music Director for Tokay High School in Lodi. Mr. Zuniga has had extensive compositional and arranging experience in the high school band and orchestral field. His experience includes field shows, concerts, parade marches, jazz ensemble, percussion ensemble, and orchestral works. He is currently an adjudicator for the Northern California Band Association and is a member of ASCAP.
