SCOTT SORKIN (guitar) received a B.A. degree in Jazz Performance from San Jose State University in 1983. He has performed with many touring celebrities (Connie Francis, George Burns, Debbie Reynolds and Donald O�Conner, Bobby Rydell, Jack Jones, Rich Little, Vikki Carr, Roger Williams, The Ink Spots, Joanne Castle, The Lennon Sisters, Sergio Franchi, etc., as well as jazz greats like Jack Sheldon, Dr. Lonnie Smith, Steve Turre, and John Stowell.
He has played with the San Jose Symphony, San Jose Civic Light Opera and the Broadway touring company of "Dreamgirls". As a member of the Royal Society Jazz Orchestra of San Francisco he performed on numerous recordings and live radio broadcasts, at jazz festivals in the U.S., Canada, and South America, and was featured on a nationally syndicated P.B.S. television special. He also performed with Shanachie Recording Artist Ashwin Batish in the U.S. and Canada.
