A trumpeter of Y. Simonov's Moscow Philarmonic Orchestra
A founder of the first Russian trumpet portal
Alexander Kartashev was born in Moscow and entered a Myaskovsky music school where was studying for 5 years (class of E.Dubrovin). In 1996 he took part in T.Dokshitser's Music Competition where was given a diploma. After finishing the music school and an Economic Liceum of Russian Economic Academy Alexander continued a music education in the Music College of The Moscow Conservatory. His teachers were professor Y.Usov and A. Yan - Borisov. Since 2002 Alexander was a student of The Moscow Conservatory wich graduated in 2007 (teacher - professor V. Novikov (trumpet) and L. Guriev (baroque trumpoet)).
Alexander took part in concerts with different professional orchestras in the halls of Russia, Germany, England, India and Japan. As a baroque trumpet player played in different concerts with the A. Rudin's camera orchestra "Musica Viva", "Teleman Consort" under V. Proshutinsky, "Pratum Integrum" under P.Serbin, "Musica Aeterna" under T. Kurentsis, "Da Camera e da Ciesa" ensemble of Victor Felitsiant etc.
