This work has been composed for my highest grade students in counterpoint. The purpose was to build a piece of music for keyboard in the style of J.-S. Bach's 2 Parts Inventions (BWV 772 to 787).
The idea was to give either the Bass line (Left Hand) or the Soprano line (Right Hand) in order to find the other one. The whole piece is based on imitation and invertible counterpoint.
I give the Bass line as extracted part.
