It was read by my violin quartet at home over winter break of that year. The titles pretty well describe the pieces. The first movement is a brief fanfare followed by a fugue, the second movement is a solo for the first violin with the other violins accompanying, and the third movement is an upbeat, cheerful piece somewhat reminiscent of birds.
