I transcribed this tune at a friend's request. She made a cassette recording of it played by a solo fiddler in a pub session in Ireland many years ago. I think folk tunes are best learned and played 'by ear' but here's a notated version of the recording anyway. The chords are just a suggestion so feel free to use your own or none at all! The alternative bars can be used if or when - as you feel. Remember it's folk music, so play it how you want, enjoy it and pass it on as it was passed to me.
