I never know what to call it, Busking sheet, Fake sheet or Real sheet; I suppose it depends on where you were educated. This is just melody line and chords, which any self respecting musician should be able to make something of. A basic samba rhythm is all the pianist has to cope with and it is even possibe for it to be played solo.
