Commissioned for an English choir singing in Provence, this setting of a prayer, written by a disabled lady living there, is rather moving, and has been successfully performed on many occasions as a concert piece.
The translation is: O God, you who are the great Master, the Genius, The Creator of everything, you who have all the power, Who hold our lives at the tips of your fingers,
I beg you, O Lord, take care of us all. O great Master of the heavens, O Lord, O my friend, With head bowed, humbly I beg you on my two knees, Take care of us all, my God, because it is after all our life.
I would be happy to produce an English version on request.
