These divertimenti have been arranged for many combinations of instruments. I have taken the unusual step of retaining the original key of the piece (F major) (C major for basset horns). Originally written for 3 basset horns, I have transcribed parts for clarinet, alto clarinet, bass clarinet and bassoon. Alternate parts are as follows: Part 1 Basset horn, alto clarinet, clarinet Part 2 Basset horn, alto clarinet, clarinet Part 3 Basset horn, bass clarinet, bassoon. This arrngement is in the original key. The clarinets are therefore playing in their lower register and give a "darker feel" to the music. You can use any combination of instruments as long as you cover all 3 parts.
