James Hook, 1746 – 1827, was born in England. He started playing the harpsichord when he was four and made his concert debut at the age of six. He mainly composed operas but there are other instrumental works including six delightful cello duets. Here you will find the first three. These duets are all playable in 1st - 3rd positions.
