Symphony No 33 3rd movement
The motto theme that pervades the first two movements can be found in the bass line at the start of this long slow movement. It finds it’s way into other voices later on. Essentially the movement is a sonata form type, but with a more rondo like development with a couple of surprising interruptions in it.
