I’ve arranged it as a SATB plus organ/keyboard item but it could be used for congregational use, the keyboard playing as in verse 5 & 6 from the beginning with choir in four parts and the congregation in unison. The idea is that the carol starts very quietly and each verse gradually increases in volume - all is let loose in Verse 6. Happy Christmas!
