Here's the actual arrangement we do at our church:
The intro and between verses 1, 2 (and 3 if you do all of the verses) is C arpeggiated, D apreggiated, G. Then we modulate to A with measures 17-20 in A, and sing the final verse. Then we repeat measures 17-20 once, going to F#m on the word "love" first, then the second time as written.
So there you go - instant recessional for Christmas morning. Easy to sing, easy to play. Add water, makes it's own sauce.
